David

Age 23

Story Both of David's parents died and he was left with a very old grandmother. He was found with jiggers in his hands and feet that would not allow him to walk.

A visit to see David

Jambo!

We wanted to give you a quick update on David and thank you for all you do for this fine young man. He wanted to send you the pictures and a video!  We've been having a hard time sending videos so we're hoping you're able to get the message he had for you. Even though he may not be animated in his video, he is so very appreciative to have you in his life.  He's one of our nicest kids.

Recently our social worker Silas, dorm dad Charles and a few teachers set out to visit our kids that have been in quarantine outside our campus. We not only wanted to check on his wellbeing but we brought some staples and supplies as food has been particularly scarce since the government lockdown.

We want you to know that David is doing okay.  He is one of the most educated in his community thus far and he helps his guardians tremendously with their crops, cattle and smaller children. He is a huge blessing to his family. community, Kenya and us.

Thank you again for supporting him through this global crisis.  It has made all the difference for all of the Kenya Relief children and staff and your support is making a huge impact in his life.

God bless you,

Devry Coghlan

Resident Missionary (helping out here in US office until we can go back to Kenya)
